Last night I spoke at Story Slam for the first time! I need to thank the amazing talented Zach Wilks for giving me the courage to speak up after his flawless performance. I shared a story I had never spoken about in hope that it will encourage others to do the same. I need people to know not to suffer in silence, for you are not alone. Thank you Story Slam, you know your event may have saved a life last night.
