- I am 53 years old.
- I was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
- I am a British/American Indian
- I was raised in England.
- I also lived in Cyprus and Dubai.
- I am a survivor of domestic violence.
- I have overcome physical, mental, verbal, and emotional abuse.
- I am divorced, but now happily married and residing in Annapolis, MD, USA.
My journey, no matter how turbulent, led me to happiness, and I believe that was due to changing my mindset and working with a coach and many mentors who helped me believe that I deserved happiness.
A fun fact: besides helping others find happiness, my happy place is with my husband slow dancing on the water!
